2016 has already been a great year for A.wordsmith. We’ve started work with some amazing new clients and have exciting plans for the second half of the year. We’ve also brought on some new team members who are helping the firm grow with their talents and passion.

Marta, PR Manager

In April, Marta Betts joined us as a PR Manager. She brings a strong background in tech communications along with insight to the Portland area start-up culture. Her past roles have taken her to Google, Instantiations, WebTrends, and SignaCert.  Marta is stickler for making sure her clients are well represented and has an eye for detail. When she’s not crafting clever pitches, she’s spending time with her husband and two children, probably outdoors.

Allison, PR Associate & Content Specialist

In January, we brought on a spring intern – Allison Wofsey. We’re so excited that she’ll be staying with us full time as a PR Associate and Content Specialist! Allison graduated with her master’s degree in management communication with a concentration in marketing and public relations from the University of Portland. Prior to her time with us, she spent three years in fundraising and communications for nonprofits. Allison is always willing to help out where needed, and has an impressive array of skills in all types of writing and content creation.  Outside of the firm, you can find her spending her free time running, cooking, and traveling.

Natalie Hansen, who has been with A.wordsmith since September, also recently expanded her role with us as a Social Media Specialist.
