5 Podcasts I’m Loving Right Now (and Why You Might Too)

There’s no shortage of great podcasts out there, but a few gems really rise to the top of my queue. Whether I’m getting ready in the morning, commuting to work or making dinner, these five shows have been keeping me company, sparking fresh ideas, and yes, occasionally making me laugh out loud. Here’s a mix of agency insight, PR savvy, celebrity candor and motivational gold that I think is worth sharing:

1. Impact Ready – Steph Saffer
Steph Saffer is the kind of coach you wish you had in your back pocket 24/7 (lucky for me, I do). Impact Ready is part pep talk, part strategy session—and completely bingeable. Each episode brings a balance of heart and action, ideal for anyone looking to level up their mindset, business or leadership game. Steph has a gift for making complex challenges feel solvable and motivating you to actually do the thing. Bonus points: the episodes are usually short enough to fit into a quick walk or coffee break.

2. Build a Better Agency – Agency Management Institute
This one’s a staple if you run, work in, or collaborate with creative agencies. Drew McLellan and his team at AMI know their stuff—and they don’t sugarcoat it. Build a Better Agency gets into the nitty gritty of what makes agencies successful: from pricing models and staffing structures to client relationships and succession planning. It’s smart, tactical, and always a solid use of an hour. (Also: Drew asks the questions you really want answered.)

3. Armchair Expert – Dax Shepard
Sometimes, you just want to eavesdrop on fascinating conversations, and Armchair Expert delivers that in spades. Dax Shepard brings his signature charm and curiosity to interviews with everyone from scientists and authors to actors and cultural thinkers. It’s part entertainment, part anthropology and somehow always relevant. Dax’s vulnerability and humor makes it feel less like an interview and more like a dinner party you never want to leave. Insider tip: my favorite episode is #705 with Bradley Cooper.

4. The PR Breakdown – Molly McPherson
PR folks, this one’s for you. Molly McPherson breaks down crisis comms, reputation management and media moments in a way that’s clear, actionable and refreshingly honest. The PR Breakdown feels like a behind-the-scenes pass to how the best in the biz think under pressure. We’re talking Harvard’s perfect response, Baldoni vs. Lively or the recent trip to space that has everyone scratching their heads. Molly has a sharp point of view and delivers her insights with just the right mix of strategy and sass.

5. Khloé in Wonder Land – Khloé Kardashian
I’ll admit it—I was curious, and now I’m hooked. Khloé in Wonder Land is full of unexpected depth, self-reflection and humor. Yes, it’s glittery and glamorous, but Khloé’s candid voice brings a human element that’s often missing in celebrity media. It’s like a peek behind the curtain of celebrity fame as she interviews people including the lawyer who has quite literally handled all the Kardashian and Jenner divorces, their renowned personal trainer or the incredible party planner behind all of those over-the-top birthdays. But then, she’ll flip the script and welcome a renowned UFO expert, bestselling author Jay Shetty or UFC CEO Dana White for an entirely different kind of conversation. A surprisingly thoughtful listen with a dash of sparkle.
Whether you’re leading a team, pitching a client, rethinking your routines or just craving some smart conversation, these podcasts offer a little something for every mood. I’d love to know what’s in your rotation—what are you listening to that’s lighting you up right now?
