DoveLewis is a prestigious nonprofit veterinary hospital that has served the Portland community for over 50 years. The hospital provides both emergency and specialty services, as well as critical care.
Project Description
DoveLewis partnered with A.wordsmith to create a more intentional and creative social media approach that best resonates with target audiences. While the hospital is known for its high-level of care, it also wanted to bring forward the human elements of the organization. A.wordsmith developed a strategy for DoveLewis’ social channels with key recommendations around multi-media use, tone, humor, cadence and design.
The A.wordsmith team was onsite at DoveLewis every Friday, capturing on-the-ground content for the upcoming week’s posts. We had a bird’s eye view into the heartwarming reunion stories, obscure animal experiences and world-class medical care inside the hospital’s walls. With a defined process in place, A.wordsmith was responsible for developing ~20 posts per month that would live on DoveLewis’ Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn platforms.
